    I nearly mixed up desktop and laptop memory but that would have been my mistake.

    The firm failed to send me the advertised item - the item I ordered. The firm charged my credit card two days after I placed the order, but never sent the item I ordered. I called the firm and asked for a refund, which was refused. Beware!

    Website was very user friendly. Everything was explained clearly. However, I think a review should be done AFTER a product is in fact received-not prior to.

    I appreciate the convenience of using PayPal and the sight was easy to navigate.I was expecting PNY memory but received Elixir memory. It is working fine but it makes one weary because there was nothing saying that they would substitute another brand name.
