  The experience wasn't bad but you really shouldn't advertise the free shipping and then slap the buyer with a fee for shipping. It's very simliar to hidden fees.

  I have been a customer for over 7 years and have spent thousands of dollars at Tiger Direct / Comp Usa / Circuit City / Systemax. Overall, until recently have never experienced any problems with purchases. However, after my last TV purchase I recieved a TV that stopped working after 60 days and Tiger Direct will offer me no assistance other than the phone number of the manufacturer. Unfortunately, I will no longer purchase any expensive items from any of these companies anymore. I have learned my lesson.
