  The only negative feedback I would have is that the site I'm purchasing the item from has no phone # contact for the company. If I need to leave mine with the site, I would expect the company to have there's listed as well on the site in case there were a problem.Thank You

  Even though I rate this merchant only "3" the experience was hampered because I knew not what my password was and had to qurry the website and this is where the problem came in. Even though i got a substitute password it wouldn't work and I ended up using my alternate e-mail address to complete my order. Other than that the experience was alright.

  I ordered from this merchant and paid for 1-3 day shipping. They had a problem with my address for some reason, I've lived here for almost 5 years and receive all my mail. We are almost on day 5 and still I have no clue as to if I'll ever get my order. I have checked on the site and it doesn't appear to have even been shipped yet. It's really a shame, I really liked the items and prices on this site and really thought I would be a regular customer there. I really hope they can straighten this matter out soon and let me know what is going on. I would really like to have the item I ordered, especially since I've already paid for it.

  It was confusing that my order was confirmed before I paid because I decided on a different item at the last minute and was afraid that when I gave my cc info it would be charged for both. But I gave the info for the one order I wanted and it seemed to go through ok. This can be confusing and you may want to give the option to delete orders that have not been paid for.
