  The item I ordered was advertised as brand new. When I received it I found it to be scratched and used. I returned it for a full refund but they only refunded the item price not the shippng charges. Beware when you order from this company they are not up to par and lie about the condition of their products. I would never recommend this company to anybody not even my foes.

  This company is a fraud, Beware before you buy anything from them. I bought a MP3 player for my son for Christmas, got the item which eneded up being defected, After sending 5 to 6 emails, I finally got an answer from customer service saying send back the item for a refund. So I sent the item back. Now waiting another 15 days, for a refund to my surprise I get a replacement item, which ended up being defected again. Surprise....again poor customer service reps, I finally got someone and explained, I was suppose to get a refund, well again sent item back to company and nothing. I called, I emailed, called again, sent more emails, finally after a 2 month ordeal, they claim they never got the second item....which is funny cause there was no problem with them getting the first defected one. Know its been 5 months and still, the company will not respond to any emails I send them and Im out the money. This company SUCKS, DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. Wish I read before I bought anything...

  I ordered an i-Phone. The first one came, VERY scratched up and no one could hear me talking on the phone. They do not respond to any of my emails or phone calls and have not refunded me.

  If you can't tell by the number of POOR reviews that this company is crap and you still order from them why not just flush your hard earned $$$ down the toilet. I wish i had found these reviews befor i ordered a 120GB hard drive for my XBOX. It is defective and i wanted to exchange it. Nope! They offered up info on how to get a refund so they can keep 20% of the purchase price. They make $$ by selling crap whether you keep it or not.

  Had to return junk refurb cell phone in march. I still haven't received my refund that was authorized. Company's phone rarely works,chat person says to call or email, and email isn't answered. Company ignores contact if there is an issue. BEWARE

  "Ordered a refurbished blackjack2 phone on 9-27-09. Lost in mail. Reshipped by pricego on 10-6-09. Received 10-11-09. Phone was defective. I emailed and left an offline message indicating that I wanted to return defective product and wanted a refund. Finally, after several attempts got verbal rma authority to return. I made it clear that I wanted a refund, not replacement. Shipped back on 10-12-09 and received by pricego. Received an email response to my offline chat message that I would receive credit upon them receiving phone. It is now 10-27-09: No refund and no responses to my telephone messages and unable to get anyone on the phone. Must dispute creditcard. Do not deal with this site! "
