    I have been having problems downloading updates to Vista and it crashes routinely and particularly have problems with IE. I am to be contacted by tech support within the next 2 days.

    Its hard to make buying something online easier than this.Techforless sent me a replacement keyboard to replace my faulty one for free. Now that aint bad!
