    The prices are great and very affordable, easy checkout, lots of selection, and 2 day shipping was only a moderate amount more than standard, which was a pleasant surprise!I did order during the holidays, but it took almost 5 days for the order to be shipped, although once it shipped, it did arrive in two days. So I can't accurately say whether they normally ship on time or not.

    Item was stated in stock on website. They shipped a different (wrong) item. I called and they said the item I wanted was not in stock. After two more phone calls and an email, I am still waiting (15 days later) for a return shipping label for wrong item. Terrible that they can't get this right. The topper is that the item is still listed as 'in stock' on their website. Horrible. These guys were great a few years ago, but I will never use again.

    first purchase here. kind of pisses me off being charged shipping and handling for an extended warranty...welp, after ordering and having my charge card charged for the item. they email me stating the item is no longer available and that they have no idea if they will ever carry it again... i canceled the order, of course, they did promptly refund my card after a mildly heated email from me 8)very disappointed with mwave.com
