Having received my order I must say I am beyond satisfied. I was surprised to see an email with my order showing that it had shipped the morning after I placed it. The free shipping option turned out to be 5 day delivery, which was a wonderful added feature for the great customer service this merchant provides. I will be telling all my friends about this place!

This is my first purchase and I will not hesitate one second to buy from this merchant again! I purchased some items for the cheapest price and I searched literally dozens of sites before making my decision. With the email confirmation received I was able to track it courtesy of FED-EX. I chose 2 day delivery, it arrived here on time and in perfect condition. Highly Recommended!!!

They actually sent me the wrong item from what I originally requested but were most accomodating in fixing the problem. I was surprised to hear a human voice after one ring on their 800 number. Ill buy from them every time. I have a new friend.

On your site it has free shipping, when I placed the order it was charging me $9.61 for shipping, thats not FREE. The day I received the order their website had the product for less $, when I asked for a price adjustment they refused. Thats not the way most merchants do business. Their reasons dont encourage me to do business with them in the future
