I placed my order for a luggage set, and never received it. I followed up with an email to buy.com support and was told that my item was delivered. When I questioned the possibility that the carrier delivered to the wrong home, and reiterated that I have not received anything from them, I was basically told that they would assume no responsibility and that I was out the $69 dollars that I paid for the set. I also noticed that the item that was advertised as $44 + FREE SHIPPING. The shipping was also NOT FREE. I was charged nearly 30 dollars for a standard (non expedited) Fed Ex delivery. I sent another email requesting more information about my order and after two weeks, I have not received a reply from customer support. I had to purchase a set locally for the trip I had planned. I am out 70 dollars for merchandise that I never received, and have filed a complaint with my credit card company.You can find this item in several internet stores, and for less at some places.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE - BUYER BEWARE. bought a keyboard; NO indication that item I will receive is going to be a returned/open item. Website shows new item. I do NOT open the item, call the following day & the agent says, "no problem!!! This was to be a new. Go ahead & return it to us w/our prepaid shipping label. Well get you a new one". Im over here thinking wow, they arent as bad as everyone says! Week later get an email saying that they refunded me $23 LESS than what I paid for the entire item. I call back the customer service agent says"Once a refund has been issued we cant do anything." Explain to him never requested a refund, wanted a replacement. If you cant do anything I want my money back, I say. Puts me on hold for 10 min to talk to his supervisor, is no help, says ill run this by the refund department to TRY to get you the rest of the money. Then I demand to speak to thesupervisor, who is "busy" on another call & will call back...Well see if anything happens.
