Have always had a good experience with Buy.com, whenever Ive ordered from them. I bought a Logitech x-540 system, for a great price, and it arrived in 3 days at my door with no problems. Would definitely order from them again.

I dont know why I read the reviews always after I have a problem, I hope you are reading this before you made a purchase. I recently purchased a laptop from Buy.com I had the chance to get it from Newegg but for just $40 difference I choose Buy.com, If I only new better. It has been 8 days and the item still have not been shipped (although it shows shipped at buy.com web site) every time I call I get an other clueless person telling me different stories. One or two of them actually even told me that the item has been delivered even though their website has the tracking number saying Fedex did not even received the packet. So I should say they really need to re-do their customer service. I still did not have a clear answer about what will happen to my order they already withdraw the money, and no one gives me a time line as of when I can have the item I paid, if I can at all. I would probably never buy from them, even they have much cheaper deals. It does not worth.

Worst internet seller ever. They cancelled my order for no reason, refund the money to my Pay Pal account and a few minutes later increased the price of the item I was buying by $100 USD. Unbelivable, these guys have no business ethics, dont buy from them.

When I ordered the Item, it was in stock after a week I call inn and ask for tracking number some philippines that can hardly speak English replies that the Item is no longer in stock and the dont know when it will arrive. but the were nice enough to charge my CC. I will never buy from this site again.

I live in NYC where the tax rate is currently 8.375%. I bought something from Buy.com yesterday for $10.99 and they charged $7.38 shipping & handling plus $2.48 sales tax. According to my calculation, thats more than 22% tax! Even if the shipping & handling charge was taxable, which is ridiculous, that would make it a 13.5% tax rate.Buy.com is ripping us off by overcharging on the sales tax, which most people dont even think twice about. Thats totally dishonest and, because of that, I will never go there again.

Buy.com has the worst returns policy of any online merchant. I bought a "refurbished" GPS unit that had a broken mounting clip due to poor design. Unfortunately, I didnt dig deep enough to find that their return policy only allows you to return opened or defective products in exchange for exactly the same product. How do you know if you like the item if you dont open it? Why would you want to exchange an item that has a poor design for exactly the same item? I will never buy anything from buy.com again. Youre better off buying from ebay if youre going to buy junk.

Ordered item on the 28th of August. As previously stated in other reviews, site said that orders will take 1-2 days to process. After 3 days, I received an email stating that the shipping address I had placed was not on my approved CC list (understandable). The email stated to contact the CC company, add the address and reply to their "Address Verifcation site." THERE IS NO SUCH THING. I spent an hour searching through their Help Center/Customer Service pages with no luck... and of course, the only way to get in contact with them is through email (which they too say will get back to you within 1-2 days).It has now been 1.5 weeks and 5 emails since Ive placed my order and I have yet to see the status change from Processing" or receive an single email response.Absolutely terrible way to run a business and I will never order an item from them them again. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE.
