    The order is due to arrive at least 1 or 2 days earlier than expected. Everything was handled in a truly professional manner, no hemming about on any concerns.The order was given as a gift, the receipient will have to advise me if the item needs to be returned.

    Easy to search on specific genres of Blu Ray movies, good list of sale Blu Ray titles, actually found some movies out that I had never heard of (or had forgotten about), so all in all very pleased.

    Most, if not all, my shopping experiences with J & R has been primarily positive, excellent, and entirely reliable. (I had terrible experience recently when buying new HDTV from another company, and knew I made mistake not coming to J & R. That will never happen again!) I also like the swiftness of delivery. Only thing I did not like was not more choices of the item I bought replacing anothr that died. And, costs of shipping, taxes too high.

    J&R is the best. Even though they are a great web merchant, they maintain that walk in, helpful, sales oriented approach of te brick and mortar store they have always been. I went there as a kid in NYC and now I shop online whenever I need electronics. Better service than Amazon. Much better service and products then Amazons suppliers (which are horrible if youre shopping on price alone). J&R rules. They are the Paragons of electronics in everyway! The best of NYC!

    The order was processed, shipped and received very quickly. The merchandise was received in very good condition. Thanks!Note: The survey asks for the "shipping option". I am in Canada - and I believe I had only one option?
