    J&R was much easier to work with than some other internet merchants I have bought from. I was very happy with the speed, courtesy and competence of the customer service representative with whom I spoke. My order was in stock and shipped out quickly. Ill be back, J&R. Thank you!!

    The item arrived in good condition, but had to be returned since the item was not compatible with my system as discussed and printed in the user manual. The return process was fair and reasonable. I received credit toward the next purchase.
