    buying the product with a gift card was more difficult than it needed to be.My order sat in a "pending review" state for 1.5 days before being approved and shipped; and at least 1 day to the amount of time it took to receive the product after ordering.

    I enjoy using tiger direct. Every time I have dealt with them they have been professional and eager to help. On top of the fact that they beat most of their competitors in pricing. Overall great experiences with Tigerdirect.
