Bad seller!! does not respond to emails. Seller is a liar, charges a 15 percent restocking fee which applies to all returns for a refund in addition to shipping charges. Talking about risk free enough said.

I ordered an item on July 31st and never got any tracking info or anything. I emailed them 4 times and never got a response, they have a phone number listed, but dont bother wasting your time. They have an Unsatisfactory listing with the Better Business Bureau. AVOID THEM AT ALL COST. I finally got an email when doing this review saying that a refund was supposedly in process....YEA what a joke. Dont sell an Item if you Dont have it in STOCK! AVOID!!!!!

So far so good but i have only ordered, not received my order. Priti from CS was great in helping me verify the order was what i wanted.Ordered 4 day ground on an item confirmed to be in stock. Ordered thursday got late friday of the enxt week. Make your own assumptions.Would buy again if they had the item in stock and at the lowest price only.

I always look at past reviews and for the most they are positive. The negative ones have been explained and even in this digital world, stuff still happens and as long as the merchant resolves the issue that is fine with me. I am looking forward to a positive experience and to my order coming in.

Put 2nd day shipping, placed order on a Tuesday morning. Packaged was shipped that Wednesday, got it on Friday. Except the label on the box said it was ground shipping. Im not sure if I should be worried about that since I paid for 2nd day. Did not receive conformation e-mail.

My only complaint is that it took 3 days for my order to be processed instead of the 1-2 days that they said it would. And it did not ship on the 3rd day, but rather on the 4th day, so I didnt receive my package until much later than I had expected.
