BEWARE!!! This company is horrible. 1. They took a long time to ship my product2. When the product didnt work and I needed to return it, they charge a 15% restocking fee, and make you jump through so many hoops to return anything! 3. After following every step for the return, they never credited me the refund months afterwards. When I inquired, they said the package never arrived.Good thing I had the Delivery Confirmation to prove them wrong!Very Shady!!

I made an order from siliconassets.com on 8/6/08 but I coundn\t get any tracking# for now.(8/14/08). I emailed them yesterday but I didn\t get response.Now, I\m think of canceling my order.
