3 days after charging my credit card buy.com cancelled my order without any legitimate reason. NONE of the repeated e-mail (the only way to contact them was through buy.com contact page) were answered with any pertinent information (you gat automated response and once I gat a human response stating only that my order was cancelled).I requested that they call me. I got a call 3 days later where very obnoxious and angry rep told me that my order was cancelled and that was it! When I asked to upgrade the shipping (I really needed item fast) since they hold on to the order for almost a week, or to reinstate my coupon (all coupons have a 1 time use) se said that she can do nothing to help me. When I asked to speak to her manager she simply hung up.So my advice, buy you items from other places like Amazon, where prices are as good and you can actually talk to the person and they will help you.

One day after placing my order I received an email from customer support informing me that they couldnt process my credit card because my shipping address (different from my billing address) needed to be on file with the credit card company. No problem, I call the credit card company, add the address to the file, and notify Buy.com per their instruction. I receive no response or confirmation from the merchant. Five days later, my order still showed up as "Processing" (pending) on the site. Wondering if there was still a problem that prevented shipment, I again emailed their customer service inquiring about the status of my shipment. Once again, I heard nothing back from them within the business day that they claim to respond to service requests. At this point I decided to cancel my order with them, and only then did I receive any response from them. I would be extremely leery about dealing with this merchant. They dont seem to have their act together and their service is terrible.

This company is a scam. They place an ad for the product makes people to purchase an item and saying they dont have estimate shipping date. They do not refund or cancel the money, even if the item has not been shipped from their warehouse. (customer service reps. do not even know why its being delayed) Only email contact is available, no phone support unless they call you, which do not happen.I requested charge back to my credit card company and searching for a possible violation of their business practices to contact local authorities. DO NOT ORDER from such scamming company. I am done receiving their daily email. It will all go to junk from now.

I had a pathetic experience with buy.com. I order a stuff after 7 days status shown as delivered. Matter of fact, it never got dropped in my apartment frontdesk office, where people are available all the time. Utimately parcel never reached me for which i am charged.After asking refund from support, it was declined saying you should be available at home - BUT can delivery be completed without dropping the parcel????NO PARCEL, NO REFUND - Im in utter LOSS. Wont suggest anyone to purchase from them, where there is no proper investigation & you have to bear the loss for no reason!

I would have to be desperate to ever order from them again. I would NEVER recommend this company to a friend.They still havent even shipped my order that I placed on July 2nd. (6 business days) I use to think this was a great company to deal with but not anymore. I can only speculate that they are understaffed and employees are grossly underpaid.

If there is a FREE SHIPPING ICON, it should be FREE SHIPPING to places like Hawaii and Alaska as well. It is DECEIVING. Shipping prices DO affect decision making in terms of purchase with a merchant.

The item qualified for free shipping but upon purchase there was a 6.73 shipping charge. I quess the free shipping did not apply since I was using a $10 off coupon. Disappointing
