    To be completely fair, nowdirect had the best price (including shipping and handling), and my products arrived in apparently new condition. If the quality of service had even approached the same high level of value then this would have been the first of many purchases. But, it did not. Different shipping and billing addresses delayed the order for several days. Of two customer service representatives with whom I interacted, one was barely adequate and the other was positively rude. After address ?verification?, the order almost shipped to a customer-service-modified version of the billing address rather than the shipping address. As a direct result of these customer service failures, I am unlikely to order anything from nowdirect in future.
