    Seller os open for international order, but should be a bit clearer about international shipping: choice of shipping etc.

    Easy to shop. Liked the way accessories were suggested below item. I may not of thought of some things without it. I hope my shipment comes on time, and everything is okay. No trouble with this site so far. Fingers crossed, but the prices were too good to pass up. Recieved products sooner than expected. A salesman called the day after I ordered, and of course, convinced me of a few more things to buy, but always in my own best interest. A cheaper, generic version, but just as good. Very helpful, and personable. My order was shipped in record time, and have had no diffculties with any of my items.

    so far, so good. my first experience with tristate. The only glitch was confirming a phone number to confirm my credit card.This entailed two calls back-and-forth for verification. This may have delayed shipment one day. Other than that annoyance, transaction went smoothly.

    Without asking, your website automatically doubled my order. This only appeared on the last screen. If I hadnt checked, I would have bought two of these items. If that wasnt aggravating enough, there was no way to change the order on the last screen, so I had to start completely over. This experience made it unlikely for me to want to use Tri-State again. Further, the order did not arrive on time, but was several days past the promised delivery date.
