I dont know if it was human error or your check-out page. However, I had a very hard time checking out and wasnt pleased by having to re-enter informaitoin several times before the page accepted my order. I hope I havent ordered the same item 4 times.

The product I ordered was defective. I must pay to ship it to a different company for warranty service. Its disappointing to have to wait so long for this item to work properly.

My only concern is the delivery date of the purchase. Ground UPS usually completes its deliveries in three to four days, but it would have been to see that stated in some fassion.

Very poor communication. I kept e-mailing refurbdepot.com and wouldnt get a response. Then it turned out the item I was ordering was backordered. They didnt tell me this until I actually spoke to a human. I would NOT recommend this company to anyone.

there was nothing on the site, that I recall, dealing with delivery info, altho shipping is by UPS ground and is mentioned before even getiing to checkout.

DO NOT BUY FROM THESE GUYS. TOTAL SCAM. I ordered 2 ipods from them for my kids b-days. One arrived defective the second one died 3 days later. I paid $22 for shipping. I now have to pay a $33 restock fee plus another $25 to ship them back. TOTAL cost $80 for absolutely nothing.
