    Ordered Samsung LN46A650 and they offered warranty for $200 more and faster delivery with an extra $50 so that "the tv doesnt sit in Fedex warehouses for 12 days with the free delivery option". Whatever. Fedex doesnt take 12 days to deliver from NJ to Philadelphia. Politely turned him down. Got the TV on 8/14/08 without his "Speedy $50 extra option". Immediately notice a chip in the lower right corner Tv frame edge. TV shut off/on constantly after 5 minutes. Tv confirmed updated firmware(new firmware from samsung site) but still shut off/on-off/on in 5 minutes. Called them stating the TV malfunction and also noting the chipped frame. A friend(who owns same model) said its an open-box and pointed to the plastic wrapping around the tv stand thats missing around the tv frame. Upon closer look there are scratches next to serial# decal and below the power button. I know its an open/display TV, they know so too. Do Not Buy From Them. They refused my refund. Full review @ other sites.

    Thanks for providing the 800 # as an alternative. I had a price question, and the individual from Butterfly that I contacted was very knowlegdable and helped me to clearly understand the products and differences between them.

    It was horrible. I got the package pretty quick. But it was completely damaged. The subwoofer was broked into peices, Which is ok because it is not the sellers fault. But it took more than 10 days to process the claim. They kept me waiting each time I called and then made me call again to explain the details. I am still waiting for the new product to be shipped. It was horrible. Never buy from this site in case problem heppens.

    At the time of purchase the items were the right price with shipping. My order arrived in satisfactory condition. Some exterior box damage on one package but the item was fine. Re-taping of the factory sealed box on the second item, which was supposed to be new, leads me to believe it might be refurbished. Two days after my purchase, before it was delivered, the price on one of my items dropped considerably. A call to customer service was just a waste of time. "Once its shipped, the sale is final". If I had made my purchase at a local store and the price dropped within a few days Im sure I would have been given a refund for the difference. I understand there needs to be a time limit on something like this but come on "Once its shipped...". Thats ridiculous! A week or two weeks at the most would be good business, in my opinion.

    Overall the experience was great. I was contacted by e-mail the day after the order was placed and asked to call in. It was a sales call, which was a little frustrating. If Id been away from my computer, I may have missed it, delaying my order. Given that I paid for the fastest shipping option available, thatd have been very annoying.Eric, at Butterfly, ended up being very friendly and didnt push overly hard to convince me on any of the offered upgrades. Much appreciated.

    Every single, solitary aspect of this transaction was shady. I order the TV on a Friday. They try to sell me an extended warranty, with free express shipping". I decide to get it, I call back, I get voicemail. I request a call back to confirm...I get no call. I call them, they say I should have my order "middle of next week." Middle of next week comes... no TV, no communication from freight company to schedule delivery...so I call, and instead of getting an apology, this girl with this horrible Jersey accident proceeds to CORRECT me "express shipping takes 5 - 7 days". Next week comes...no TV... I call again... its leaving a warehouse in Michigan or something. TV isnt delivered until following Tuesday, 18 days later. Delivery guy needs to call me for directions, which I was glad to give, but this struck me as lame. Didnt realize until afterward, but box showed signs of being dropped or previously opened... had I noticed at the time, I would have refused it. Bad choice, never again.

    I am thrilled to have ordered my stunning Sharp TV from Butterfly Photo for such a great price! The service person who called after placing my order was very thorough in advising me of other options available with my purchase, including express delivery, which resulted in my receiving the set in only TWO days. Further, the delivery person, Nuriel, was professional, courteous and very responsive to my delivery needs. I would happily order from Butterfly again and have recommended the company to family and friends already!

    Bought a High Definition Hard Disk Drive Camcorder. Salesman gave me a call to verify order. The salesman tried to sell me an EXTERNAL battery charger calling it a "required battery charger" while making it seem that the camera has no charger at all. I knew that the camera has an internal on-camera charger and I was not to be fooled. I said no thank you and the salesman became rude and continued to ask why I do not want to buy a "much needed" charger.
