I submitted my on July the 4th!! A few minutes after I placed the order, your staff called me. He informed me that the amp, that I had ordered was no longer available. We spoke about the mods that I had already made to my Jeep and recommended an Amp that would work with my system. He shipped the Amp, which is excellent!! Keep in mind, this was a real conversation. Him asking questions and me answering! You guys are great (unreal)!!! I can\t believe your curtomer service? When I am ready for my head unit and another Amp, I will contact you guys. At the time of this posting I am currently looking at LCD\s for the home. I will certainly give your business first choice.Thanks,Don

I keep coming back to Crutchfield, my previous order was a couple of weeks ago for a Velodyne subwoofer. Crutchfield is a very reliable and trustable company. I had been purchasing from Crutchfield for some years now and never had a problem. I have found a couple of websites with lower prices but I trust Crutchfield.

I LOVE CRUTCHFIELD! ALL OF MY ORDERS ARRIVE QUICKLY AND THE ADVISORS ARE HELPFUL. MOST IMPORTANTLY, THE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS EXCELLENT. THE MAIN REASON I BUY FROM THEM IS KNOWING IF THE PRODUCT IS DEFECTIVE CRUTCHFIELD WILL DO EVERYTHING IN THEIR POWER TO RECTIFY THE PROBLEM.

I have ordered from you guys before (it has been awhile, though) and it was always an easy thing. The advisors are good and service is great! I usually get the product quickly, also. The advisor led me to a different reciever than what I was going to order and I am EXTREMELY pleased with the system! I also received everything to put the player in and it was super easy and looks great! Thank you Crutchfield!

I really like the web page with Staff reviews and the reviews of the readers seem to always match. Pricing was competitive and free shipping is always a nice plus.After receiving the item I found that shipping happened the same day even though the web said 3 - 5 days, so that was a added bonus.
