    They took my order and took my money and I never even received an order number from them. When I called, they said my purchase was to be delivered to me today 12/3/09. They sent me a UPS tracking number and I discovered that my package was delivered somewhere in Edmond Oklahoma. I am in Houston Texas and have paid for something I do not have! I will never purchase anything from these people again. My guess is that my review will never be published.

    Charged $10 for shipping, but they couldnt even put it in its own box with packing material. It was a gift that arrived in the box it came in with a picture of the item on the front and damage to the package. So any surprise for Christmas was ruined. Thx for nothing, Nerds!

    Merchant needs to improve the processing time. My order showed that it was being processed for several days after my order. This might of been caused due to ordering on Thanksgiving Day. My package was was 1 day from being delivered before I was notified that the package had been sent. It would of been nice to be notified the day the package was sent from the merchant.
