Easy to place order. Price was competitive and free shipping on standard delivery termsUPDATE: Plastic clamshell case for software was slightly damaged in shipping but media was fine. Product was new in box as advertised; installed and works as advertised. Timely delivery of order.

Attempted to place order, but glitch didn\t get it to go thru. No direct customer line to call, so had to submit question via email. Response came in promised time, with offer to upgrade to 2 day shipping at no additional charge. NOW if it arrives as expected I\ll be happy. Update to follow...

They kept changing hte ship date, when I emailed them after 48 hours they finally responed and order the itew. Would not buy from them again.

Ordering was easy. Delivery was as expectd. Software was complete and worked fine. I am a little uneasy about the "Return policy". How could you tell, without opening the package whether it was Dead on Arrival or not? Fortunately, it was not Dead on Arrival, so all is good.

I thought I was getting a full product. Received an older version cd and keycode with a upgrade. This is not what I ordered. If I wanted to do a run around product, I could have bought those two products for $70 less. Not happy.
