    I bought three incorrect toners. The boxes came beat up. I had to open one to see that it was incorrect, but didn\t take off the protective paper or plastic strip. I\m currently being told that I can only open the unopened ones and the boxes have to be in mint condition. The return policy SUCKS but the other service aspects are OK.
