    Online car stereo.com has is very efficient at taking your money and sending the product. However, if all you want is product order from them. However, if you want a company that will stand behind product and care for you as a customer do not make purchase from Online Car Stereo.com. Hands down the worst customer service I have ever encountered. All I ever asked for was an explanation they never gave it to me. I finally called and placed an order to use the credit and quickly taken care of. instead of 20 min. to 1 hour hold only two holds for about 5 minutes each. Also, PriceGrabber should have questions concerning customer service not just web site questions. The fact a company has good website does not mean they are a good company.

    I just placed my second order. My first was exactly as I ordered and arrived promptly. I like that they are so security minded, holding my order until verifying my account since I was shipping to my work address instead of my billing address.
