    When the memory I had ordered turned out to be to large for the computer to use, I contacted Techonweb and was told I could return product for refund. It took about three weeks, but I did get the refund less a small restock fee. I will shop there again.

    I ordered a computer monitor on Monday morning, it arrived Tuesday morning -- even though shipping was free! And I paid no tax!A great site. I will definitely order from them again.

    I was very pleased to receive the product very quick. It was smooth & easy affair. But I have a doubt about warranty on this product as it seems there is one issue with my product so would like to talk to an expert on this issue and how I need to proceed for the warranty now? Any quick help on this will be appreciated.

    Everything went well, fast shipping. Only con was no image of the product ordered on the web page. No ability to get larger image and zoom on product such as done at retailer Newegg.
