Had a TERRIBLE time finding the checkout tab because I had to scroll to the right to SEE it. Then I got charged for ground shipping when the item was SUPPOSED to be FREE shipping. Very bad experience.

Website was difficult to navigate (hard time getting a shopping basket started, not intuitive), when I finally got there the system hung when I hit submit (never got a confirmation that my order has been received, etc.). It looks like the order went through but my confidence is low... Lastly, site shows you have the product in house but not sure how long it will take to get to me...I shop online a lot and this has been one of my bigger challenges.
