The best I have ever done on the internet. Even if this was a fluke it is still excellent!I placed the order at 3:30pm PST on 12/11/2009 and received it at noon 12/12/2009. Can't get any better then that.Thank you so much for doing an excellent job.

They sent me the wrong product. Instead of a Western Digital hard drive they sent me a Dell (laptop?) battery.They were not in the office on a Friday when I first called.and later they tacitly acknowledged they had not been answering the phones on that day.The next work day the product that I ordered was no longer in stock.They stated they would reimburse my credit card inmediately, which has not been done a week later.They were supposed to eMail me a prepaid label to return the wrong product which has not been done as of a week later.Now they tell me I would not be reimbursed until the old product is picked up, which is not what the supervisor initially told me was going to be done.The rep would not talk to me on the phone, he relayed the message that he was going to eMail me the package "at the end of the day", which unfortunately assures that the wrong product that I received won't be picked up soon(3 days to Christmas), and I will not be reimbursed promptly.
