Purchased Windows XP Pro x64 for the first time. Excellent communication from them when my purchase had been misrouted from their supplier to them. Took a couple of days to receive, but it wasnt their fault. They upgraded shipping to next day because of my wait. I will be happy to do business with again.

This is my first time purchasing from this merchant and if I need anything in the future I would purchase again. The prices are most affordable for those on a budget like myself. The customer service is excellent and based on that alone I will return. I needed help with using the software and John offered to call me back even though they were closed for the day. I waited and he sure did keep his word and called me back. I was able to install the program without a hitch!

Placing the order was very simple. I emailed the sales department with a question and the response time was great. I have not received the product yet as I just placed the order.

The product arrived quickly in an original box however the box was not sealed and a little banged up in shipping.There was no seal on the CD case either.Hopefully all will install well and Ill be upgrading this review to a more positive note.

Recieved product three days from purchase. Product as advertised and well documented. web site for seller is less that stellar, but price from pricegrabber was the best.
