Customer service is non-existent. No e-mail confirmation, no one to answer or return phone messages, delayed shipment and deceptive advertising. Received branded re-installation disk for OEM software. You would be better to buy your software out of a car trunk parked in a dark alley. This was the WORST online vendor experience in 10 years of online purchases!

They provide software that is not in the genuine Microsoft Office packaging. When I tried to download updates for the software, it failed Microsoft validation.Do not spend your money here.

I ordered XP home for $75, expecting to get the OEM Microsoft, holographed disk with the COA. Instead, they sent me a Dell reinstallation disk, which was at that time being sold on their site for about $15. I spoke with someone named Joseph, who would not give me his last name. After some hassle, he verbally agreed to accept a return and said it was "no problem" in sending me the disk I had paid for. They received and signed for the return on Nov. 21. A week later I emailed them to see if they had sent the replacement. No reply. The following week I emailed them again. As of today, Dec. 9, I have not heard from them nor received the replacement disk. It is obvious that whoever runs that store is trying to cheat the public, and I would recommend that no one do any business with them.

The website was not very easy to use. While the nav bar on the left had a button for "create an account" nothing happened when I clicked on this. There was no indication that the account would be created at the bottom of the order screen. This should be at the top, near where existing customers log in.

The Pricegrabber unit price was correct, but shipping handling was not $3.00 as Pricegrabber reported, but much higher, i.e., $6.30.

I had to go through my order twice as the first time, the web application failed to comlpete my stansaction but di dnot tell me so. My account login was created (which I found out only a day later) but after entering all my crredit card infomration, the application crashed. I hod no idea is I had already been billed for the transaction. Today, I retried the order and found that my login now existed but that it looks llike my order did not go through. So, I re-entered my order.
