    They mis-represented their product on their web page. It does not work with Win XP regardless of what their tech department says. I have requested an RMA twice from them without a reply, the last one being 3 days ago (another broken promise). I will NOT be doing business with them again!!!

    I had ordered 2 "6 ft" cables, and was sent 2 "3 ft" cables. I contacted EverythingOutlet.com via e-mail that night, and the next morning two new cables were already sent out. Amazing customer service!
