The ad on the web (Price Grabber) indicated that shipping was Free. Once I went to enter the order I was advised that there was a charge for shipping. A note was sent to the merchant of the deception and asked for information to correct it. There is no customer service phone number to reach the merchant.

I was very pleased with the promptness and level of customer service I received from buybargaindeals.com. Sometimes you dont know what you are getting with an internet retailer. I received an e-mail within minutes after sending and e-mail after having a panick attack that I ordered the wrong product. They refunded me my money without endless back and forth. No fighting trying to get my money back. Easy to deal with and I would certainly use them for future purchases and highly recommend based on my positive experience. i OWN a lot of adobe software (PC & mac). this is the ONLY adobe software ive purchased from someone OTHER THAN adobe. i will never do this again. initially, i was pleased w/my purchase because of $, prompt communication & shipping options. software installed & works. only recently, when talking with adobe & confirming ALL my licenses, THIS software was not showing up on my list. when i provided the serial number by phone, adobe not only told me that the copy i had was an ACADEMIC version, BUT that the serial number i had (and believed to own) was registered in SOMEONE ELSES name. so, although i BELIEVED to have purchased a full NON-Academic version with a REGISTERABLE serial number, this was NOT the case. IMPORTANT NOTE: if your software does NOT link up with the internet UPON INSTALL to PROMPT registration, CALL ADOBE to verify product, as this IS a RED FLAG!! final good note: seller DID promptly provide me with a refund.

You need a way to track the status of your order (or if you have it, the site needs to be redesigned to help make it more clear). Thanks for a good service at a good price!Got the product and want to say, a way to track shipment is critical. Everything else is great.

BuyBargainDeals.com was a great seller and offered a competitive price. They responded to my emails within a single business day, often in a matter of hours. They even refunded the shipping charge when I told them pricegrabber listed free shipping. I would definitely buy from them again.

THEY SOLD ME A EDUCATIONAL VERSION OF ADOBE CS3 PRODUCTION PREMIUM INSTEAD OF THE FULL RETAIL VERSION I ORDERED AS ADVERTISED, THEY DID REFUND ME THE PURCHASE PRICE AFTER A FEW E-MAILS REMINDING THEM. BUT THEY DIDNT REINBURSE ME THE SHIPPING AND INSURANCE COSTS($35.66) AS THEY SAID IN THEIR E-MAIL THEY WOULD. THEIR E-MAIL SAID THEY BOUGHT THESE PROGRAMS AT AN AUCTION THINKING THEY WERE RETAIL VERSIONS, I TOLD THEM ID TAKE A RETAIL VERSION IF THEY HAD IT, I GUESS THEY DIDNT HAVE THE RETAIL VERSION SO THEY REFUNDED ME. I WONDER WHAT VERSION THEYRE SELLING NOW? I THINK THEY KNEW ALL ALONG THEY WERE SELLING EDUCATIONAL VERSIONS, THATS HOW THEY CAN SELL THEM AT A LOW COST. I WOULD NEVER BUY A THING FROM THEM AGAIN, EVER. I BELIEVE THEM DISHONEST. SO GOOD LUCK.
