    Absolutely OUTSTANDING!Not only was I able to find what I needed, but it was at a reasonable price that I could afford!The product arrived in 4 days, instead of the expected 7-10 business days and was exactly what I ordered....no surprises.AND to top it all off....when I called their customer service phone line, it only took 1 menu selection to get to a real person! (Only 1!!!!!) And he was professional, courteous, articulate, friendly and answered my question immediately! That experience alone will guarantee that I will continue using Softwaremedia.com for ALL my software needs. And I will also recommend them to all my clients for their software needs.     I received very good information over the phone when I contacted them for information. The product I received was an upgrade version rather than an original but it worked as instructed.
