    The set up of the site is extremely professional. This helped me in believing that this is a legitimate site. I felt secure in placing an order. My fraud monitor shows that the site is OK also. But,if I was uncomfortable with the site I would not have placed an order even with the OK from the monitor. Thats a great price on the item I ordered. Thanks in advance for your service.

    J&R has always been a great place to shop, but their pricing and shipping rates just dropped so much that they beat the competition by miles!

    I would really think twice before ordering from J&R again. I am a photographer and order many high dollar items, its just the nature of the business. It takes J&R way too long in my opinion to process an order. This has happened on two occassions. If I order early enough in the day with B&H, they will ship that same day and if not the very next day. They have a proven track record with me. Items ship from J&R after numerous calls. That is my only complaint, but its enoough to make me buy from BH.

    They were out of stock on the item I wanted and it took them some time to get more but they sent an e-mail notifying me it was in stock they day it came in. After I ordered it it came on the day they said it would and the item is working fine.

    Its been a pleasant experience so far, but I would shy away from making any large purchases as shipping charges kill any deal on offer.
