    It was a back order. That is why the price is cheaper compares to others. They dont have them in stock. Because of this I passed the time limit to submit a $50 rebate from the manufacturer. Dont think I will order from them again. It takes way too long. For the price difference, its not worth the wait, not to account that I lost my chance to redeem my rebate.

    Had trouble with billing address and had to call. they answered quickly and we got the problem resolved. Overall experience was Good

    Best price I could find on WWW, clear website (including in-stock information), a sequence of detailed emails, order tracking, quick delivery via Fed Ex (which was free shipping!) I dont see how they could have done better...
