    Crazy fast shipping....called Cust serv. to ask about product, operator very knowledgeble (not just an order taker), and even told me it would be beter to order online vs.from him. so i did. I ordered on Wed, and it arrived on Monday (free shipping).would definitely use them again.

    Was able to chat with a service rep easily and get my questions answered. Shipping and fulfillment were prompt and the price of the product was more than competitive. A good combination.

    It was a great price for exactly what was advertised. As a bonus, it arrived very quickly - faster than expected. The reviews I read before I ordered gave positive feedback and I experienced a similar level of service.

    Good feedback. Got order confirmation and shipment tracking info via e-mail without asking for it. SoftwareMedia sent me what I ordered when they said they would. Surprisingly, they offered to take it back if it was wrong. A number of vendors wouldn\t do that without a hassle.

    This is my second order with SoftwareMedia, because I was so pleased with my first experience. I had ordered a Windows version of software but, inadvertently, was sent Mac. I didn\t realize it and opened the package only to be stopped by my computer during install. I called SoftwareMedia and they didn\t hassle me about having opened the package. Instead they overnighted the correct version to me with a FedEx label to return the Mac version. I was amazed I didn\t have to wait until I\d returned the Mac to get the Windows one. Now THAT is customer service and the reason I purchased from them again.
