    Dealer Cost Audio is a SCAM! DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM:Here is their simple game to remove you from your hard earned money!1. Delay2. Delay3. DelayTheir goal is to get you past (90) days after charging your card so you are beyond recourse. You can get your money back via dispute on your CC if you apply before your (90) days are up.BEWARE... THEY ARE SCAMMERS!!!

    GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. After ordering from this company, they failed to ship my order.....even after 5 emails in 4 weeks. After cancelling my order they failed to process my refund...even after another 4 or 5 emails and EIGHT weeks. Had to submit a C.C. dispute with my bank. HORRIBLE!!!!

    rip off rip off rip off if you dont get it its not cheap you have been warned stupid you if you read this and order from these people dont have something to do order something and you will waste alot of time and only get your money back from your credit card company after a long wait you have been warned .................

    !!!RUN DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!!If you do not believe my story go to google search and type in Dealer Cost Car Audio complaints or reviews. There you will find several sites with tons of unhappy customers. My story starts in July and it is now December. Countless times I've been told they will ship as they say real soon or three to four days. I've even been speaking with the sales manager. I'm sorry but the worst of the bunch if you were to ask me and still I'm without speakers and it has been 4 months. you probably ask why wait so long. Well once I became leary of the company I did some investigating and found out that even trying to get a refund can be challenging per other customers. So hear I am SPEAKERLESS. I've now got BBB involved and hoping this will now get resolved "please"

    **BEWARE**DO NOT BUY FROM DEALER COST CAR AUDIO** I am a pretty laid back and understanding guy but this place is ridiculous. They are so bad that I actually think they are just an INTERNET SCAM. Here is the quick synopsis. I ordered a stereo and speakers for around 200 bucks. I get an email saying the items were shipped. A week later I call and get told the items were backordered. Hmmm weird. I give them a couple of days then decide to cancel my order. ?Long story short after NUMEROUS calls and emails, they have not refunded my money. Every time I call they tell me it?ll be refunded within the week?still no refund. I called my bank and the bank gave me my money and they are going to peruse it for me. I also filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau?.DO NOT BUY FROM THEM?On top of all this they were rude and treated me like I was in the wrong?
