    Ordered the advertised Antec P182 SE Stainless Steel case. Received the P182 Gun Metal Grey case. eTech4Sale rode on the "typo disclaimer" & refused to replace/refund the product as such. The item line stated P182, the FULL description completely described the P182SE, verbatim from the Antec web site.You be the judge. Ill stick with 5 star rated vendors from now on.

    My micro SD card arrived DOA - no way to reformat it or to use it in any way. Their policy is terrible - they will not send you a working replacement until you go to their website, submit an "RMA", mail the useless part back to them at your own expense (which they say theyll credit you for if you submit a receipt), and then determine whether youre lying about the product not working. Their low prices are simply not worth the hastle through which they put you when they send you a defective product.

    Order was canceled for no apparent reason, although this was not communicated to Customer. Customer found out when accessing the order status page on Merchants website. Customer attempted to call customer support during business hours and was routed to voicemail. The message instructed Customer to leave pertinent information, but then the mailbox was full.

    I ordered a WD4000ks internal drive on June 14th.The website showed around 200 in stock.4 days later I received an email that my order was canceled because they were out of stock. Why bother buying from them when they misrepresent their stock availability on their site? As of June 22nd the site still shows the same number in stock although now the order button has been replaced with a backorder button. I was not even given a backorder option.

    I needed a CAC reader to get work e-mail from home and the usual outlets werent carry it at all. The ones that did had a wide range in prices for the same item. etech4sale had the best price with the lowest shipping.
