It would have been easier if there was a live help you could ask questions to, for example, I am a teacher and wanted to know about a teachers discount. It didnt tell me an estimated time of arrival.

Had a TERRIBLE time finding the checkout tab because I had to scroll to the right to SEE it. Then I got charged for ground shipping when the item was SUPPOSED to be FREE shipping. Very bad experience.
