Ordered a EEE PC 1000H on the 2nd, the website stated the item was in stock and would ship within 24-48 hours. Waited the weekend and by Monday I called to see if it shipped, customer service, although professional, said that they "may be able to get it out by Wednesday", 6 days after I placed the order. Ill never order from them again.

Shipment notification came in an email with tracking number within 36 hours of order. Delivery came two days later. Excellent.

i placed a order on the morning september 29,it was listed in stock. they charged to my card the same day;on october 1 i check the status in my account it was says to be processed. i call the company and i was told my order was in back order , i ask them to cancel my order and he say ok, your order is cancelled. today friday i received a email tell me my order was shipped . i placed the same order with other company the same wednesday ,and it was shipped the same day and it will arrive on monday. i hope those people retur my money. I do not recommend this company to any one. stay far way.

Placed order and was charged for it that day. Was called 2 days later to be told both items I ordered were not in stock. Canceled order for 1 and took substitution for other. The credit I was due took 4 days shy of a month to get back to me. Never again will I order from them and Price Grabber should remove Egoodz from their system to avoid association with this crooked company.
