    So far so bad,,,1)Checked prices, placed an online order and the email and phone started. "Your bank wont confirm UR information"..Of course they will not, they are protecting my privacy.2) "please fill out our credit application"...No thank U I am all set, all I wanted to do was order a $1500.00 lcd monitor for my home office. Again, lets protect my privacy!3) I used your website, placed the order, it went through and I see the pending charge on my online bank statement.4) I explained my privacy issues to them, asked if they had run my card, asked if the adress matches w/ thier software...Still no response.So far this has been a conundrum for me. Last time this happened I was in Mexico renting a car. For the money I saved vs. the time/frustration factor I would have to say this has not at all been worth it for me.If I had paid $200.00 more I could have driven to the monitor, had it and been using it. Instead I find myself here writing it.

    Product (typewriter) was cheapest listed by all competitors (by a 1/3) and arrived when promised on schedule on budget!Product was defective but manufacturer is making it good. Not Securemart.coms fault!

    This is my first order experience with SecureMart. I do a pretty good amount of internet buying from several of the well known computer component sites. I AM VERY IMPRESSED WITH SECUREMART. Excellant communication throughout, and in my case, the lowest price for a pretty high end item: Creative Labs wireless desktop keyboard/mouse combo. I, without question, will include SecureMart whenever I shop for similar type items in the future.

    Order placed 11/7 for a notebook.Call received later that afternoon for verification of billing/shipping addresses.No update to order status on web site.Called Friday 11/10. Assured that product was in stock, and would ship that afternoon/evening. By Monday evening, still no status update on website. Called again on Tuesday, 11/14 - website is now showing an out-of-stock condition. Was told that the distributor was holding the unit for my order and they were not sure why it had not shipped - but it would be shipped later in the day. Received a call several hours later, the hold on the product with the distributor had expired and the unit was no longer available.Needless to say I cancelled the order.In their favor - the customer service rep I spoke to was pleasant and efficient.Unfortunately, this doesnt outweigh the fact that after a week, I had to cancel the order.

    I give SecureMart the highest praise. My new scanner was at my home in only two days after it was shipped. The customer rep. at SecureMart was kind, knowledgable and helpful. The price was the best anywhere. I shall order from them again and again when I need things.

    After a week the router wireless signal went to close to nothing. After getting authorization and sending it in for a new one they told me that since it didnt have a box I was going to have to buy another one wait until it got to my house and send them the box it came in to get my money back. That is the most absurd thing I have ever heard. On top of that it took them 3 hours of calling back and forth for securmart.com to come up with the rediculous return policy. On the e-mail RMA it clearly stated that I could pay a 10% restocking fee if the product didnt have a box. Well they lied there. DO NOT BUY FROM SECUREMART.COM.
