Good transaction. Shipping cost seems a bit excessive ($15.32 for ground shipping on an item that at best weighs 1 lb.).

SUnvale DVD promo is a scam. Received first unit, would not read original store bought dvd. Returned unit and received replacement, still will not load DVDs. Tried multiple origianal DVDs and nothing. Save yourself the aggravation of thinking youll receive a product you can actully use.

It was has been a great experience so far. I even called to make sure they could deleiver to a different address then my billing address and I waqs told I had to notify my bank about a second address and they would put my order through. So it has been great so far.

You have a very secure ordering system. The equipment arrived in two days and was S-O-O-O easy to install. The sound is like being in a movie theatre. WHY DIDNT I SELELCT ELECTRONIC WAREHOUSE SOONER???? YOU DO A GREAT SERVICE TO THE INTERNET USERS..TRY IT, YOU WILL LIKE IT!

Web site was easy to navigate and items were easy to find. Shipping was fast, but I had to check my order number on the site to get the tracking number. Otherwise, I would definitely shop here again!
