Placed order on 6/21/2008 for two ST3750640AS 750gb hard drives. The web site stated they were in-stock and ready to ship.Called the following Tuesday and asked when they shipped since my credit card was billed immediately. They stated that the items had not shipped yet, but would on Wednesday.Called on Wednesday for the tracking numbers and was told they would ship that day and the tracking number would be emailed to me.Called on Thursday and they said they had not shipped yet because their "vendor" hadnt sent the item. They said they would ship on Thursday "expedited" overnight.Called on Friday and they said they hadnt shipped yet. I am canceling this order, disputing charges and contacting the California Attorney General for a fraud complaint.

One item had free shipping but then shipping appeared for other items with a rate that I thought was on the high side. My credit card was billed the day after placing the order, but shipment was not until 6 days later.

so far so good, only place the orderthe day I was to receive the order, I received an email that they were out of stock and did not have a refill date. Yet when I ordered they said they had them.

Great website - quick and easy. Maybe some bigger font and text in some places. The double column screen was somewhat busy and might have gone across both screens, although on the other hands it was nice to see my address right next to the billing information column

Its 13 days and Im still waiting to receive my order. Their customer service is miserable. Ive ordered from them before and they were satisfactory. This time theyve been a problem from the start. I will NEVER order from AlwaysLowest again.
