    Purchased a Xerox Phaser 4500n Maintenance kit (part# 108R00600) for $138.40 plus I added the $5.99 rushed processing and $9.50 shipping on the 10th and it shipped out the 11th.I received it today and the box was a little beat up like other reviewers have stated but everything was untouched and in working order which took me about 10 minutes to install and now my printer is back up and running since replacing the fuser. Since purchasing their price has went up to $255.41 so I have no complaints for what I paid for since it was $100 less than everywhere else. I was a bit uneasy after reading reviews on here, reseller ratings and BBB but my order definitely met and exceeded my expectations.I did email them on the 11th requesting status of my order since rush processing was typically same day shipping and never received a response so if you wish to communicate with iUnitek, I wouldnt get your hopes up.

    Asked for credit card info before seeing the total price. But allowed me to see the final price before asking for final decision which is good!

    The product box was damaged but the product was ok. I would have thought there would have been a letter saying everything was checked to make sure the product worked. Otherwise a great experience

    I didn\t like that I was offered a chance to pay MORE for expidited handling. Shouldn\t all orders be handled at the time they are received? Why would I pay $5 dollars more to have you do your job?

    The product took about 2 weeks to get to me, just because they took a while to ship it. However, as soon as it was shipped, I got it 2 days later. Besides that the experience with iUnitek has been very positive. The product came well packaged, and without any problems. I would buy from iUnitek again. I highly recommend them... although if you need something delivered in a hurry, I would probably get their 2-day shipping option or something like that.
