    Always a good idea to call a site\s toll-free telephone number and verify that the item you want to order is available. That\s what I did and the girl who spoke to me was most helpful. I placed an order.

    The interface is clean and simple with no clutter. Information is easily accessible and presented intuitively. Checkboxes for auto-mailings and the like are obvious and upfront. Address storage and selection is also particularly well set up. Even though I planned on avoiding CA based online companies to get out of paying CA state sales tax, my order qualified for free shipping and the price was low enough that in spite of the state tax the price was still very competitive. Order was received quickly and very well packed. I would be happy to order again from NowDirect.

    These guys did a great job answering my questions regarding this product. I phone initially and the sales person didnt have the answers but a tech person called me back and very clearly answered my questions.

    There was a 2 day delay because of a ship to address that was different than the bill to address. I have the ship to address on file with CC company and this has not been an issue with other companies. I returned their call and had to leave a message - still no return call again. I had to call a second time to verify the order before they would release it. I will NOT order again from this company & I recommend anyone who wants their order in a timely fashion to shop elsewhere.
