    Shopping from server supply was a great experience, the website was easy to login and checkout. They are fast on notifications; I received the invoice right way in the email after placing the order. I would shop from them again.

    They never provided tracking information. Shipment never arrived. Had to check with them a couple of times before I was told purchase was misshipped to another company.Requested a refund.Very uneasy

    I had to return memory because my website search for HP ML150 G3 memory, yielded HP ML150 (G1) memory and I didn\t catch the error. I returned the product using USPS Priority mail (same method by which it had originally been shipped), and tracked to have been returned, but I failed to require a signature. Server Supply claims that it was not delivered. Because no signature was required they are claiming non-delivery or that is was delivered to another of the 20 merchants in their building. The postal service makes very few mistakes (my bills always seem to arrive on time, year-after-year), and when it does make one, the recipients of the erroneous delivery return it to the postal service for return or re-delivery. Be VERY careful when returning anything to this merchant, and require a delivery signature on returns ... document everything. Considering their 25% restock fee, you might consider doing business with someone else ... something doesn\t seem right.
