    Although the item was at a great price, and their shipping was quick, I'd be wary of ordering from them for Christmas gifts. They have a strict 21 day return policy. The rep was animate that they would NOT return the duplicate Christmas gift even though both my husband and mother ordered it from their site on the same day. BUT, I asked for a manager. He checked both order #'s, refunded the $ for one of them AND since it's a small item I do NOT have to send it back! Woo Hoo!
