    There prices are good but so are 20 other vendors offering the same deals and the product arrived ok. However I called customer service and received a rude person who didn't care or want to help. After 5 calls I got some help. Then they made a mistake with my original invoice and have refused to send me another. Nothing came with the product and my 8 emails requesting a receipt have not been returned. Poor customer service and they are lucky I didn't give 1 star but since what I ordered came with no receipt and bad customer service. I will never shop here again as there are vendors offering the same deals and will appreciate your business and have some respect.

    Have not used the housing yet; it was bought in anticipation to going south to Curacao this February to SCUBA.

    SD card could not be read, now dealing with warranty though Pentax. Hope it goes well as this was a Christmas gift.
