    Some problems going back and forth to determine what was in game desired. Much harder on several other games referred to - would not show what they contained - the games were Hoyle 2010/2009. No response. Might have bought one with the bridge game if could have determined what was in them.

    Rebate offer was unclear and provides no way to fix problem. I ordered on HD for my computer and a friend ordered one for hers. We have different addresses in different cities but have the same billing address. My application for the advertised rebate was rejected because it said that I already applied for this rebate. THIS IS NOT TRUE. I will not buy from Macmall again.

    I got "kicked out" of the order placing stage 5 times. The website only took part my order. The order confirmaion page reflected only 1 item, a 2-year applecare protection plan. I will be calling the 800 number to find out what actualy took place.

    Promo code 25064 to save $20 but there was no where to enter the code so I did not get the $20 off!

    The variety of products and the slight discounts from Apple store made me try to order from MacMall. However - the credit card approval for a foreign CC is being handled in a completely unprofessional manner (multiple charges, confusion about documentation required and a lot of hassle). I gave up after frustrating 10 day and got may iMAC from elsewhere (even cheaper).

    We have used MacMall to order several times but usually over the phone. We opted for the online visit today because of time constraints.Our order was what we needed, got it next day and has been fine.
