    My only problem was in trying to compare the different generation itouches. Had to do several hrs of research elsewhere to figure out which 3 to order.

    wrong rebate, for printer that was ineligible, came up. took awhile to figure it out.

    only one confusing item. catalog indicated an item was available for ordering with a rebate mail in. could not find the item listed at checkout.

    Backordered items have been delayed an extra 2 weeks, so I don't have them yet. No notice was sent -- I had to call MacMall to find out. It's not MacMall's fault that the items were delayed, but they should have let me know.
