    Dell has steadely been going downhill for a couple of years. I have spent almost $4000.00 with this company, mostly because Dell has always had good press and reviews, but today, Im very unhappy with them. When I contacted Dell Support, they had no idea who I was and couldnt even answer a simple question. I tried the telephone too, and that was really an exhausting experience. Dell is following in the footsteps of another computer manufacturer and soon they will hit the bottom. To bad.

    I Purchased a Dimension 2350 online from Dell, using their financing tool. After being told the unit would be shipped on a certain date, the date was changed 3 different times - 25 days later I called wondering where it was? After numerous annoying menus, I was able to actually speak with a human. He told me my account was on hold because they were not sure how I was financing the system. I promptly cancelled the order. Beware, They may have good computers but their Cust. service STINKS!!!!
